White vinyl 7" // Digital Single
(Test Pattern Records, 2019)
After the split of Juniper Moon at the end of 2005, Ivan (drums) and Eva (keyboards), decided to continue with another equally energetic and electric musical project, Linda Guilala, a shoegaze-noise-pop band from Vigo, with the recent addition of Mari on the guitar for live performances.
Since the very beginning, their songs have been playing in numerous national and international radio shows (BBC Radio 6 Music, Disco Grande or Hoy Empieza Todo-Radio3, Toxicosmos-UPV-Scanner FM, Plastico Elastico-Onda Madrid ...) and during the last years the band has been playing at a great amount of national and international venues and festivals (FIB 2017, Indietracks Festival-UK, Wales Goes Pop Festival-UK, Shoegazer Berlin Festival, Primavera Sound, Festival Noroeste...)
They´ve travelled to UK to play a BBC Marc Riley Radio Session in Manchester and to play a few more shows at Rough Trade East (London), The Moon club (Cardiff) and at the Indietracks Festival 2018 (Derbyshire). And more recently they have toured in Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, The Netherlands...)
After the splendor that was “Psiconáutica” (Elefant Records, 2016) and how positive it was received, both by the media and the general public, the band have published several singles nacionally and internacionally: “Primavera Negra” (Elefant Records, 2018 - SP), "Mucho mejor" (Elefant Records, 2018 - SP), "Estado natural" (Sonic Cathedral, 2019 - UK), "Agosto" (Dreams Never End Records, 2019 - DE) and finally "Será más fácil" (Test Pattern Records, 2019 - USA).
Their albums have been well reviewed by the media, specialized music websites, press and webzines all around the world:
<...a genuinely wonderful album, rich ethereal pop, laced with a desire to experiment, the perfect collision of catchy melody and sheets of unrestrained hallucinogenic noise... Linda Guilala is the find of the year to date...>

Louder Than War [UK]
All Music [USA]
Efe Eme [Es]
<...“Psiconáutica” (Elefant). Un discazo... Brutalmente sincero, maravillosamente intenso y emocionalmente demoledor...>
